A top class Auslese with concentrated flavours of honey and peach. The grapes for this wine were grown in one of the oldest of Schneider's vineyards in the Nahe region of Germany. Produced from a small yield, the wine is of very high quality.
The grapes for this wine were grown on steep, south-facing slopes, which warm quickly then retain the heat due to the soil's richness in grey slate and volcanic rock.
The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats with natural yeast, then bottled in April 2022.
