The distinct mineral character of this Riesling Kabinett is complex, and mirrors the terrior of this single Grand Cru vineyard.

Vineyard: The site Wisselbrunnen is situated halfway between Erbach and Hattenheim and is called "FIstula", which means "Pipe". The 18 ha site has predominantly a light, tertiary marl soil. Deep layers consisting of loess throughout the Wisselbrunnen site guarantee an exceptional water balance.
