The grapes for this wine are grown on a very old volcanic metamorphic black slate rock. After picking, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented for over three months in temperature controlled tanks.
Tasting notes: Fresh and fruity aromas of peppermint and kiwi. The aftertaste is incredible long lasting the fruity acidity is perfectly balanced by the soft sweetness of 15 g/l residual sugar.
Food recommendation: Due to its sweetness, this wine pairs best with Asian food, poultry and noodles.
