The Scheurebe is a speciality whose aroma reminds some people of a Sauvignon Blanc. However, it is much fruitier, although in their house it is vilified fry.
Scheurebe is a cross between Riesling and Bukettrebe and is very important to them. They are considered a regional pioneer of this grape variety, because in 1952 Hans Wirsching planted the very first Scheurebe in Franconia in the "Kronsberg". These many years of experience make them true experts of this grape variety.
This Scheurebe fascinates with its great play of aromas of exotic fruits such as mango, passion fruit, grapefruit and lemon balm. With its intense aroma and harmonious taste, this Scheurebe from old vines impresses.
