Grapes are grown on black slate and picked by hand in the first week of October. Fermentation lasted until March of the following year and terminated at 12,4 g/l residual sugar.
A very lively white wine that shows tropic aromas. This Riesling's slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by it's smooth acidity.
Due to its sweetness, this wine goes well with Asian food, poultry and noodles.
