Kieselberg is located west of Deidesheim on the slope of the Haardt Mountains, where the south-facing vineyard is based on rocky sandstone.
The grapes for the organic Deidesheimer Kieselberg Riesling were selectively hand-picked at the end of September. They were pressed for five hours, fermented in both traditional oak barrels and stainless steel vats with indigenous yeast. The wine was bottled at the end of April the following year.
On the nose there are notes of lemongrass, peach, pear and passion fruit.
On the palate this wine delivers elegant crisp acidity, minerality and a long finish.
