Their estate wines bear only the name of the grapes variety on the label, they are fine, lively and crisp, composed of their vineyards in Westhofen. Wines for everyday enjoyment and for any occasion.
The Riesling originates for the most part from their vineyard in the Westhofen Aulerde, a loam soil with hammocks and clayey, also gritty sands in the ground. This gives the vines a rich supply of minerals and gives the wine its fine fruit aromas.
A very small portion of the grapes comes from their vineyard in the Westhofen Kirchspiel site, with a clay marl soil, strong limestone skeletal deposits, a small proportion of limestone weathering clay and limestone rocks in the deep underground.
Wine: The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October and fermented and matured in wooden casks after traditional method. The young wine is then stored until the bottling on the fine yeast, which preserved the freshness and liveliness.
