Bit smoky, bacon-kip nose. The fruit takes a while to build through the oak, starting a little musty and musky but it gathers and then floods through. Red-apple skin, hawthorn berries. Elegant and shaped by focused (but not sharp) acidity."
"Marinated cherry, wet stone, crushed chalk and drying herbs. Highly structured with a powerful concentration nearly more Lemberger than Pinot."
