A bouquet of intense citrus notes and floral elements. Marvellously complex and expressive on the palate with a dense fruit body. The aroma of mirabelle and grapefruit is backed by an elegant and restrained acidity. Due to the ageing on the fine lees this wine has a fine creaminess, a long lasting finish and it has a fresh and stimulating character.

Food recommendation: A superb wine along with poached or pan-fried fish dishes, crustaceans, light meat and pasta.
