Following on from the Royal Wedding celebrations we have handpicked a wonderful sparkling wine that will be a great addition to any summer event - not just regal ones!
Because of fermentation in the barrel this cuvée has a wonderful golden color. A light-fizzing mousseux is the result of three years being on the yeast. Resulting in a full-bodied, fruity Pinot-Sekt. One can drink it with appetizers as well as intense main courses.
This wine was recommended by Steven Spurrier in Decanter , May 2010.
