The Weingut Wirsching has been in the family since 1630, today in the 14th generation. With about 70 ha it is the biggest privately owned vineyard in the Franken and is managed by Dr. Heinrich Wirsching. The famous Iphöfer Lagen like Julius-Echter-Berg, Kronsberg and Kalb are being cultivated environmentally-friendly.
In the North & East the vines are being protected by massive oak forests which helps creating the perfect micro climate - necessary
for outstanding wines.
