The Schwarzer
Adler is, like Weingut Bercher, situated in the picturesque
Kaiserstuhl. Once a volcano, the soil now delivers ideal conditions
for the mainly burgundy grapes. On the family estate of 100
acres, Fritz Keller and his team balance the best wine-making
traditions while applying modern vinification methods. The
results are fresh, dry wines which are naturally fermented,
rich in extracts and totally delicious. His wines are perfectly
suited to match with his Michelin-Starred kitchen, the Schwarzer
Adler. |
